Also in systems as a customer service worker u used to be able to master ur job over time now u have to master how to use articles and read directions every call literally or ull get low knowledge base usage and low matrix and the matrix which alot of it depends on surveys so it really changes ur personality and u feel like a robot then they say we want u to sound natural haha oxymoron
