Well landlords are also lazy because what I used to work Property Management we had four month inspections for the first year six months the second year and the third year we would stop doing inspections of everything was okay but we found extra people's clothes and stuff in there when there was only supposed to be one tenant or animals that were not pre-approved they would have to get rid of them or they would have to move
