You're not even involved as a buyer or even if you refinance it, the bank comes and does the appraisal of companies that they do business with on a regular basis? And by this case, it basically says anybody who's ever boughttom sold. A home is guilty. Anybody who's ever bought and sold a home for more than the tax value is guilty.
