Ur not supposed to stay at mi umum wage and most companies dont start u out at minimum wage and u gain experience skills takes some classes work hard u move up the reality is bad workers make good workers suffer and the company as they jave to loose money on bad employees caise they aren't bad till they get in amd start causing problems It's a joke to believe all employees are 100% trainable and good workers Which costs companies alot of money not tension for the good ones theres all the insurance compliance with the tax reporting amd regs its alot our media and polititions need So instead of lowering gov expenses which would allow more raises and promotions they'd rather force smaller workloads too Our gov is full of a bunch of idiots 🙄
