  2. If fb is no long er acting in a way to be covered under 230 then it should no long apply period so people can sue and challenge their term violations that aren't legal under contract law

  4. No they don't just have absolute right you still have to have legal contracts in agreement with your users and terms have to be defined as specific and the rules have to apply to everybody the same you can't as Willie nearly discriminate as a company

You cannot treat them like a telephone that's ridiculous you talk privately on a telephone they need to be treated like a publisher there editing a public change you say they can do what they want in their doing editing publishing and banning and taking things down and stuff like that so people should be able to Sue them for cause and defamation
