One thing I dod was lay down and let it run through me its a wold ride but u can feel it rin through and out your body like letting it go instead of holding it u all know wjat I mean if uve had it amd wjen u realize you dodnt die it changes alot mostly I thought what.would the old me do? I mean really.i was worried about answering the phone amd.checking the mail I know o got hot hard with several events but once I forced myself to storm out to the mail o was even talking to telemarketers No offemsove.to Jordan's profession but they amd the gp.docs have no idea about anxiety amd of you take.meds ull be.in a hamster wheel.amd.never.got.off I took lemon balm Macha tea and.melatonin amd sleepy time tea all this helped but it wasn't until I let.it go amd forced myself to well be me os wjen it subsided

I'm so glad Joe is talking about this I went through anxiety and its like your stuck in flight mode bit the meds jist prolong it u gotta fox it yourself That being said oir leaders amd probably.our teachers are going to mainstream docs how many are on these types of meds at this point in time??? Wjat effects are they having?? It might explain how the left.has gone.mad... Just saying
