Company companies cannot do whatever they want even as a user youser you are agreeing to terms of service and unless you know exactly what term you are violating they can't just we will we know we pick and choose when they feel like it in their terms of service need to be challenged in a court of law every single contract in this country has to be a legal binding contract or it's not a legal binding contract there is contract law that people seem to somehow be missing especially for creators where there's a monetization an actual financial transactions back-and-forth

The whole point on 230 was in itself to protect free speech for these platforms ability to uphold free speech it is free speech anything else is supposed to be reported by the victim of the whatever harassment threats anything in real life that is non free speech that is reportable or criminal criminal or civil that is up to the victim and I don't know where these social media have gone so far sideways and unchecked it's ridiculous they should be a platform upholding free speech. The somebody's harassing you online and bullying you or whatever you need to report them to the proper authorities anybody manybody making death threats you need to call and report Them we are a self reporting society if somebody commits a crime you call the police if somebody commits defamation you can rethe nation you get an attorney and Sue them in court these are our laws and this is the whole point of 2 30-30 and I don't know why these platforms have been allowed to be the judge jury prosecutor ampolice

And if somebody is insiding violence that is clear to you as another user it is your responsibility to report back to the police I mean we all know the basic things that are not considered free speech and the lines that are not supposed to be crossed why we have our arguments and debates and call each other names
