When I started working I started waiting tables and then after I gained experience and skills and got better I learned about the business side and the side and then I applied to be a manager at a restaurant so I got that job of course I made more money than I did waiting tables and I was gaining a lot more experience to where when you learn to be a manager you can pretty much go to any company and manage a department or a department or a company This is supposed to be the natural progression with an individual who has no experience who's brand new into the workforce you're not supposed to get the 1st job you get and then stay there the rest of your life and unless you're getting promotions on a regular basis on a regular basis because of guess what they've taught you how to do things better and they've taught you new skills and those skills are going to carry with you the rest of your life and benefit you in your entire life as you gain skills

And most companies carry debt that they have to pay the payments plus the interest Out of their revenue and that's before paying employees or all the other expenses cause if you don't pay the loan then they'll close down your business and take all your Assets

And as employers you have to pay taxes towards employees tax benefits or unemployment and your unemployment and this other stuff that is on top of what you're paying them Not to mention there's usually Not one person involved in the labor of the 1 piece that they're putting together or whateverAnd the point of those kinds of jobs is that you don't need skill or experience but you gain that and that's a value right there that the the employer doesn't benefit when the person leaves and goes takes a better job at a different company after this company basically train them gave them the skills gave them the opportunity and they can just leave anytime they want for another job and the company is constantly having to train new people hire new people all that cost money in itself

Does she not comprehend that you pretty much have to hire a complete other administrative body of people to just comply with all the tax laws regulations can't etc And what about when you have to call repair people in to fix machinery that's broken you know that's broken or all the debt a company takes on to produce a product Not to mention providing facilities and a work environment that doesn't violate any laws I mean really you have to hire a whole separate group of people just to handle the non producing is seen part of the business

And it's like they don't comprehend that people don't stay at the same job earning the same amount of money that they did when they had no skills and no experience with because you really think you need experience to be trained to make widgets or to do some part of a factory function Do you think you have to be experienced to be hired at McDonald's McDonald's where they train you give you skills and exchange for a service and your pay

And tell me miss dummy lady how much does it cost to company to hire new employees that end up not working out and leaving after 30 days after you put out money and resources to train that person and they just leave and you gotta start all over with every new employee In hopes they find a good one which is not easy it is not easy to find a good person who's honesthen who's honest who isn't ripping you off who isn't trying to invest on money who isn't trying to be lazy and get paid let's goes on and on And for every 10 employees you hire maybe one will work out so you wasted all the resources and money on 9 employees that you don't benefit from but we forget that part apparently I sure she's missing like half of the functioning of a business in her argument
