I think diversity forcing it on companies is a big mistake for one companies are started usually by families or they buy families or with the help of families and if you have all white people in your freaking area pricking area and you start a business what nest why should you have to go searching for different color people I mean that makes no sense it doesn't make sense for Latino corporations or black owned businesses black churches you know people have a right to associate with the people they want associate with

Or the job could have changed and gave him half a responsibilities to another person I mean companies do do that when one person especially as they grow but I don't think that's the case here but yeah that does happen when you divide a person's responsibilities in half and give half a way to another employee because it's too much

But that's the whole thing these companies don't go searching for both searching for these people to come teach them diversity these versity these organizations bully the company's shaming them into hiring them because what are they gonna do say no we're bunch of races we don't want your diversity so called fake non racist training we wanna be racist you see how that works

And then we're gonna show up on the Native American reservations and tell them that they're not diverse enough are we gonna go to the black colleges and all the black churches in the South over here where I live and tell them you need some white people in here or some Asians and latinos is there an latinos etc etc in Howard this all gonna work when probably 50% of Americans are mixed races anyway black Latino atino Ayden black white black White German whatever

Do they just think that proof there's just this big selection of a person that can replace a person who's already at the job with the experience and doing a good job all employees are not created equal neither do they have the same drive or the same skill set or the same experiences et cetera et cetera

  12. Except the definition of diversity does not include a person's skin color it doesn't say it anywhere in the definition about race or skin color it has nothing to do with those things that you cannot change about yourself
