  1. Feel sorry for everyone in this horrific situation The SDPD which I supported for forty years as a resident is a despicable Law enforcement agency for the way the man accused! They wanted case closed and after suicide named publicly leaves a very very distinct smell of incompetence and liability to Law Enforcement.
