  1. Nope! Military prison for 20 yrs if convicted by Military Trial! No Release until then! Enlisted member would never get out before Trial. USN Retired! Read SOFA agreements.

  2.  @g157fasdf9  Great point and true enlisted personal held to completely different standards! Officers not allowed to reenlist or forced to retire so Navy can save face!
