  1. Retired USN Boatswain mate! Ship goes DIW or Dead in Water is other than fire a nightmare! No conspiracy just maybe Screw up no tugs around ship in case of emergency like loss of Main Engine! Dropping anchors will only slow slightly with any headway! Ships Back down slowly anchoring to secure anchor. P.S weight of chain holds ship not the anchor!
