Yeah I think he’s viewing it as solely trying to stop the killer to prevent future victims and keeping that distance from emotion

@ speaking generally that men typically like to assume the “we’re logical” vs women being “emotional” and trying to say that emotions have no part to play in “logical thinking” is wrong. That is different than me acknowledging that detective dude, is clearly operating on a purely objective level and that’s how he speaks.
