@Tom Myers Do you understand how many garbage opinions exist in the field of psychology and sociology? Also, you keep trying to use his PhD as a weight in his favor but negate what he’s actually done and said. His misrepresentation of Bill C-16, his stances on post modernism are heavily criticized by actual experts in that field, a lot of his sources in his famous writing contradict his actual statements, his weird and reductive views on women?, and his purposefully ambiguous on his political views(good sign of a grifter!), his reliance on discredited archetypes, his Maps of Meaning has been ruthlessly criticized by his peers because of how flawed it is, and he has mastered the grift of speaking like he knows a lot but citing sources and events that seem credible but it’s completely surface level and the wrong conclusion from those studies etc.

@Tom Myers you’ve gotta be kidding me. This is the “well you can’t prove God doesn’t exist” defense. Dismiss my peers’ stances(even tho they are in academia) because it doesn’t line up with your love of Peterson, but toss around his academia experience because you support him. Also way to just ignore the fact there is plenty of refutes of his “work” and statements. All JP is, is opinions. I suppose it makes sense you’re a JP fan, since your own defense of him and arguments contradict itself over and over.

@Tom Myers you’d simply dismiss any criticism of him as opinion, that’s the whole set up for defending JP. It is exactly like the “prove god doesn’t exist” defense because there isn’t precisely factual evidence to definitively say that Jordan Peterson sucks and is garbage because you’ll simply find one other person that thinks the opposite. That’s the entire basis of your argument which is why you continue to revert back to that, also with some attempted ad hominem insult to put someone down due to lack of further argument(really well learned from JP). You used a lot of words to essentially say nothing, typical for a JP fan.

Also if you don’t look the dirt off his boots, but still heavily defend him even in areas where he’s demonstrably wrong, what’s that make you? How many times does a big genius like JP and an “expert” get to be wrong until he’s no longer credible? How problematic must he prove himself to be until he’s discredited? Welcome to actual science, it ages and new thought and “peer reviewed”(also look at who’s citing him, good thing to know) evolves. JP has devolved because he’s a grifter, it’s how he makes his money, it’s why he’s not really teaching anymore and instead doing Joe Rogan and PragerU videos. You don’t understand how this stuff works, you’re just a fan and you try to award yourself points for not totally agreeing with him on everything, yet dodge the flaws that are inherent in his thinking.
