  1. And staffing takedowns is only good if you can build from it. As in cose damage or gaining better possition to cose more damage. But to just stuff the takedown to get taken down again is pointless. I think takedowns should be embraced and welcomed, but to put in submittion, or automatically reversed or used to better the position and GnP. Not to be afraid from being taken down and then spend all this energy into just prevention of the takedown, such as Fedor does. At same down a guy doing a takedown should not do it just to get a takedown for points but to secure the better position afterwords such as Kabib.
