A similar thing happened to me in Frankfurt catching a flight to San Diego, they asked me to open up the window shade and it was blazing sun into my 10y old Daughter's eyes.I said let's just wait another 10min she barely got some sleep been traveling and flying for over a day. And the German lady go so shocked that I said that. She started screaming at me in half German, "Zbuten Shafted urd the Window" or what not, they kicked me off on my catching flight as non compliant, Germans are horrible horrible people especially Lufthansa workers, you give a German a little bit of power they start opening up Auschwitz right a way. Flying use to be a Joy, and attendence were there to make your customer experience better, not, Now its prison Guards.
