You need to pray more, further you are from the God, easier is for demons to get to your soul, heart and mind. Sometimes even physical body.

This is the long and hard way off beating the demons once you are away or far from the God you open windows and doors, for demons to come in and control your mind heart and soul sometimes even the body. The quicker the better way is to come close to God how do you come close to God you pray and read the Bible you live by his instructions to full morals all of his commandments.. even though goggins has beaten those that demons once he stops doing what he's doing if he is not close to God he will go right back to their claws. The best way would be to be physically active and not extreme like him but that other half of energy invest in building and straightening your spirit with The Only God Jesus Christ. Fedor knows this.
