  1. Dude I don't agree with the very first part of the Training He is talking about, Volume bullshit. It's about quality of training, not volume. One can train 5 years in bullshit, going easy doing half as shit, and I ll train a guy 4 months hard, through real life experience. And let's put those two into a fight see what happens. Same goes with waight training too, not only fighting.
