  1. 150K is too much for this. You could have a 911 Turbo S for that money and it would be faster, more practical, more comfortable, more luxurious , better equipped and post consistent lap times even in this kind of horrible weather.

I don't know which parallel universe you live in where Nissan (a fucking Nissan) has better quality interior than Porsche because it surely not this one. Every single car review and youtube video agrees that the Nissan interior isn't worth the price. I don't know why you don't wanna fucking admit it.
