  2. Actually you can do all of that; not completely, but to some degree. Taxes and Regulations go someway to fixing stupid, curing greed and forcing moral decisions, but only if they are implemented intelligently.

  3. American Troops could find a ready employer in the armies of Europe, who need trained personnel. They already know the equipment and the tactics, and not having to fight Denmark in Greenland, Hamas in Gaza or Panama will avoid making them look like Trumps's bully boys. It would be a way for the European countries to increase their defence spending and close their recruitment gaps very quickly.
