  2. Agreed, but BBBs video is a warning about saying anything before the police arrest you. I agree with his advice, but would firm it up in the following manner: "If you know NOTHING at all about the crime that the police are questioning you about you can PROBABLY take a chance and answer their questions. If you know ANYTHING at all about the crime that the police are questioning your about (e.g. if you know the victim, the perpetrator, the location, the post code it occured it, the colour of the vehicle involved, etc.) you should not talk to the police without your solicitor present."
