  1.  @UwU_for_Christ  You are misrepresenting the situation. You are only liable if you have set a trap (man trap, bear trap, broken glass, whatever). You are not liable if they trip over coiled hose, stab themselves on a splinter of wood on your shed, or hit their head on your boiler flue.

  2. The problem with that is that collisions from cars would break the pot. A large granite rock is a good decoration for the end of the drive IMHO.
