  2. Russia cannot dictate to the USA or Ukraine. The USA has not funded or started biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine, there is simply no proof of this this. Russia was invited to provide its proof to the UN, and couldn't, because there is none. Russia is the aggressor here.

  3. The cameras are clearly mounted high up, as you would expect CCTV cameras to be mounted. They are also trained on areas where CCTV might be expected to be required to provide security. Good try, but this is real footage.
