The First Sale Doctrine makes the sale of the car to you with the trademarks still affixed legal, even if Dominos didn't agree to the sale, but you are not going win a legal argument that you should be able to keep the Dominos logos on the car. If this goes to court, the judge will order that the logos are removed and that you keep the car, so why not remove the logos and move on with your life? Have you offered to remove the logos?
