@raylopez99 I expectthe are fully aware of the limitations of their body armor. It only covers a small percentage of their bodies, but is effective against shrapnel from grenades.

Isaac Clarke I wonder how many generals have told him that the nuclear arsenal is in tip-top condition?

@chrisfloyd8512 If you think any Ukrainian has time to stage a propaganda film you are not paying attention to the dire situation in their country. They are fighting for their lives in a brutal war.

I'm not sure I would trust the pressure-sensitivity of Russian anti-tank mines! A rope strung down the road would have been a safer way to remove the mines. They could have been dragged off the road. Hopefully the Ukrainians have some armourers who can prepare them to be used against Russian tanks.

Could be. Inslow-mo you can see a small flash of light when the missile is about 4m behind the tail. This could be the sub-munitions being deployed.

@naimsalahuddin-bey2919 I pray that they never get that “memo”.

@skussy69 I hope that we never become desensitized. We need to look on and feel the horror of every lost life, and then do everything we can to prevent it happening again.

@serjg6390 Russia: 1, Ukraine: 111 then.

@redberries8039 I would agree that there are no UK forces on the ground in Ukraine. Politically it is too sensitive to have any Nato forces in Ukraine, with Putin having shown himself to be completely mad.

The Russians also attacked and killed civilians in Ukraine today. Neither side can stop until there is some sort of peace treaty.

I am sure that every volunteer has appreciated the life-threatening nature of a real war. Their friends and loved ones will be hoping they are lucky and return unharmed. Not all will be so lucky.

That or having communications to the Ukraine military command, who are certainly receiving satellite imagery from the USA and other nations.

The whole process for integrating fighters who don't speak your language into your army at very short notice is a very interesting problem. It would seem sensible to collect small groups of volunteers who all speak one language, and team them up with a couple of Ukranians, perhaps an NCO and one infantry fighter, and then given them some training, both in Ukranian and in Ukraine's tactics/signals etc. I'm not sure having non-native speakers on the front-line is a good idea though. There seems to be just too much risk of mis-communication. Perhaps the foreign volunteers should be limited to guarding prisoners of war, to release able-bodied Ukranians to fight on the front line.

There is always more than can be seen on the video. But without knowing all the facts, only a very limited analysis is possible.
