  1. Sure let us have voter id that allows one to register for all elections local, state and federal. It should be implemented over a 10 year period with the government paying all costs. Also the government offering easy home visits to help people with paperwork issues. Congress would find a solution for those without birth certificates etc. After the 10 years voter ID would be required to register. Once registered that is it. You can send in your signed ballot. With part of the deal being vote by mail nationally for all elections after the 10 years.
