  1. Zidneya This is about the system. He needs to be able to win a multi million dollar suit against the department in order to force the system to change.

  2. Zidneya No I would not. But I dont care what the other officers think. I want the system changed and going after a few bad apples will not change it. I believe they are protected from suits in most cases. Going after the departments, cities, counties etc with huge financial penalties is what will force change.
