  1. The whole part about choosing to thrive, after horrendous trauma. Is so amazing. My wife is so scared to open herself, to joy, laughter, sex. It results in being sick, and unhappy. (Not fulfilled). The plastic wrapped couch. This talk is inspiring. ❤️ Love you all.

  7. Better to over estimate them. To be ready, for an unexpected approach. A bigger problem, is the infiltration/bribery around the world. Look at the Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, etc. Huawei, WeChat, TikTok, etc Dependance, on critical supplies, from a self proclaimed enemy. If the pollution doesn’t kill us first.

  8. I’m completely with you. It’s about expectations. I grew up in Vancouver, the always stupidly expensive city. Same as my parents, the first decade of marriage, and home ownership, meant. Thrift shop, yard sale appliances furnishings clothing, roommates, an old car, a veggie garden, no restaurants, nothing on credit, but the house. You take turns, going to school. That’s how it always was. We survived an 18% mortgage rate. Surprise, it’ll come again. Unwinding 70 yrs of deficits.
