  1. Wow, this is the first time, I’ve heard this talked about. As a kid, I chewed my nails. Till having some success in life. As an adult, face picking, as self comfort. In a no intimacy, high anxiety marriage. (On my own, it clears up). It can be a life time issue.

  2. I’m wondering if it is suitable for me and my wife, to try. We have been married 12 years. Sharing emotional and physical intimacy is difficult, for us. I reach out to hold her. She holds herself for safety. Rather than open up, and embrace me, in return. We have tried alcohol, marijuana, psilocybin, marriage counselling. The tiniest amount of any of these, she doesn’t feel well.

  4.  @BapiBoozle  GJ, is having fun, crapping on people. Saying it’s gods will. We are all born beautiful, and good. Growing up, sometimes gets complicated. Ignore the haters.

  5. Hi, I hope you’re doing better. My suggestion is, do you have any interests, hobby type things, or outdoor activities in mind? If you join a club, or group that shares an interest. You can meet some people, who are not focusing on each other, but the activity-interest. They are usually happy to include a new person. Religious groups especially, but they can get weird cultish.
