@Blurb777 I’m sorry the monsters, spoil the reputation of the rest of us guys. My small circle of old friends, from childhood. Would have been a loving protecting partner, for anyone close to them. My two adopted kids, and stepson, come first in my life.

@Blurb777 Yes, a good parent does what they think is best. Sometimes, (often) we are wrong. But we keep going, best we can. I can't say I'm raising them anymore. But with age iv'e found love and acceptance for myself. My job now, is to share that feeling. For when we leave this place, to have gratitude and acceptance, for this life. I am the cosmos, and a spec of dust. Thank you for your blessing, the same for you.
