  1. @Wednesday Addams I’m joking. Here in Canada, like anywhere else, our taxes pay it. But it’s still half as much, and covers everyone. They will defend to the death. The right, to be ripped off, by the insurance companies, big pharma, and the lawyers.

  2. @Wednesday Addams Accepted. It’s sad actually. There is a graph from “our world in data” life expectancy vs health expenditure. I don’t know how to cut and paste it here. But it shows the health care costs, and life expectancy, of many major countries vs the USA. It’s quite revealing. Canada, we are stuck between the US, and the world. Where we buy, a litre of milk, and a pound of butter. Our petrol, is called gas. Our electricity, is called hydro. A lot of guns, come across the border. Etc.
