  1. I’m quite an even keeled person. But my wife has really strong insecurities. That come out, as a really easily triggered anger response. It’s like, she wants to have an argument. Not responding, but later saying I don’t appreciate it. Think that helps?

  3. A note on the red meat, like our other foods. How it’s grown and fed/nurtured. Reflects on how good for us it is. We get our beef from my cousins farm. After buying the calf, and the butcher costs, it’s his own hay for feed. They run free outside in the cold, all winter. At cost, it still costs more per lb, than in the store? Makes you wonder about, commercial hormones, feed, and living conditions.
