  2. Junk food, is way more expensive. My wife is away for a month. I’m eating a variety of veggies, eggs, a little fruit, meat, and plain yogurt, butter, black coffee, green India tea. Twice a day, no snacks. Way way way cheaper, and I feel great. Fast, and processed food, garbage in, garbage out.
