@themoe.1 It's so simple, right? The modernized countries, got the ball rolling. We now know better, and are improving, slowly. In the west, our CO2 output is declining. While China is still building more coal plants, domestically, and abroad. But, were not allowed to say that. Or, that they, are fishing out the world's oceans.

@themoe.1 That's why i said slowly. Yes, not a fast enough reduction. Meanwhile, we are not allowed to say. That China, had the chance to develop responsibly. But chose to be the largest polluter, of all.

@themoe.1 You completely missed my point. Yes we know, emission reduction is too slow. My point is. While we were figuring this out. China went from an almost sustainable, agrarian economy. To a massive polluter. They could have developed, a lot more responsibly.

Can we get China to stop building coal power plants, at home, and around the world? No. We are not allowed to say these things.
