This video does not prove anything. Except that China will say whatever it takes, to get what they want. Their navy is if not the biggest, it is very large. Take a look at what they are doing in the Philippines, and South Pacific.

@notanymore9471 It depends upon your strategy. They are harassing a lot of places, with their fishing fleet, and patrol boats. Pushing the land and sea borders, all around them. Without starting a kinetic war.

China will continue pushing all the boundaries, in every way. Chinese diplomacy is to get the opponent to back off. Not for win win.

@basscannonjake1235 Think about this, China has cornered the steel, and other metals industry. They still have cheap labour, forced labour etc. They intend to take over the world. So, I wouldn't brush off, what they are doing. They can build volume, at low cost. While the USA builds hopefully quality, slowly, at the highest cost. The corporations running the military, and healthcare, are determined to bankrupt the country. Remember what happened to the Soviet Union? The arms race, bankrupted them.
