  1.  @skydragon23101979  The world, in different ways. You have heard of debt diplomacy? Bribe, or entrap officials, to accept ,and sell to their people. Infrastructure projects, or signing over resources, to the Chinese state. China brings it's own people over to build the projects, it's own camps, and merchants. This way, the money returns to China, rather than enriching the locals. The locals are left with crippling debt, and propaganda, saying China did something for them.  This would include, a lot of the global south. While you are down there, ask them, who took all the fish?
