  2.  @stlouisix3  What we can do is counter their propaganda, and algorithms. The CCP seems to respond to action, or force, they ignore diplomatic talk and promises. If we collectively call bullshit, on their aggressions. There is a chance at least, of them backing down. Even the new chat GTP, is programmed to avoid "controversial" topics in English. But if you ask in Mandarin, or cantonese, it denies the bad things happen, altogether. So, who is writing the programs? That's a good question.
