@saikatghosh9073 This just shows ignorance of Indians. Jinnah only demanded a separate homeland for Muslims in places where Muslims were majority. Iqbal - who came up with the idea of Pakistan - even mentioned Western Muslim majority provinces of India in his Alahbad speech. Pakistan was supposed to be secular in vision of Jinnah but millitary took over and ruined everything.

Gaza and West Bank were officially supposed to be Palestinian territory as per partition, clown. But Arabs rejected the idea because of losing vast majority of land to settler colonial refugees escaping Nazi Germany during WW2. Egypt and Jordan were right to not claim Gaza and West Bank as their territory despite occupying it for 18 years. Israel should learn something from it.

Jews and Muslims never fought each other like this current conflict during 1300 year period. Jews and Christians fought continuously. And so did Muslims and Christians but never Muslims and Jews.

@zhen86 No clown. British knew there would never be a pro British Indian government since Indian prominent leaders Nehru and Gandhi had socialistic ideals. So they deliberately encouraged and strengthened Pakistani millitary, after independence to take control over government or at least control it from shadows. @Wowzersdude-k5c They do. King Leopold of Belgium massacred 13 million in Congo. USSR and China massacred their own people because of incompetence. It wasn't their intention. Killing of birds played a major role in Chinese famine too. When Western powers kill, it is their intention to do so.

And even if you wanna go back 2000 years, during the last 2000 years, this region has controlled by Jews for a hundred years, Romans for 500 years, Crusaders for 100 years, Arabs for 400 years, Ayyubids for a hundred years and Ottomans for 600 years. As a collective, Muslims have ruled this land for 1200 years compared to a hundred years for Jews. By that logic, give North America back to natives and Austria back to aboriginals since they lived there first.

@diephuisje Palestinians have never used their religion to claim they were there first. Only Jews do that. Palestinian claim is simple - they have been living in the land as far as the recorded history goes. And it is utterly moronic to displace people of the land on a mere claim that someone's ancestors lived their centuries ago. By that logic, African Americans should go and take over African countries because they came from there. If you can't get this simple point, you are a dummy on top of you being ignorant. Even today, Israel is completely backed by West while Palestine has no one (except Iranian hand in shadows). 5 decades ago, you could say the conflict was even since Arab coalition was fighting on behalf of Palestinians and USSR was backing that coalition (USSR massively helped Israel during first Arab-Israeli war but switched sides when Israel ended up embracing capitalism). It is one sided extermination of the people (Palestinians) now and this is the first time Israel has truly felt what Palestinians have been feeling for decades.
