The so called king had two revolts against him in 1931 and 1948 and he ran away from Kashmir. Nawab of Junagadh also acceded to Pakistan but you don't see Pakistan claiming a Hindu majority area.

It is also one of the poorest countries with per capita income of merely 1600$-1800$. This is why educated ones have started to immigrate to other countries. Generals, bureucrats, judges and capitalalists may be winning but everyone else is suffering. It has all of the hallmarks of a failed state.

Pakistan is still there with its nukes. China is still in Xinjiang. Russia is stronger than ever. Iran isn't moving. Taliban will be back in power. A failure overall.
