If two decades later, India manages to run ahead of most Western countries economically and be a threat to US hegemony, NATO leaders will gather to contain Indian threat and will start highlighting your war crimes in Kashmir as well. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the West too. None of your Indic religions can compete with monotheistic message of Islam.

@aahaan2016 India is stronger, bigger and more powerful. Pakistan is just trying to survive against such a large ideological nemesis. The ball is in India's court now. And modern technology has made warfare quite worse. In the past, you could avoid civillian casualties if tou wanted to. In modern warfare, you have to be really careful. Besides, if for the sake of argument, we hypothesize that islam never invaded sub-continent, different Hindu kingdoms in India would still be at each other's throats

@aahaan2016 Africa isn't all united. Europe isn't all united (I mean it is in economic and millitary alliance but nations are different with their own cultures although similar), South America isn't united. Why should India be? I am also pro-secularism.

@aahaan2016 And Indian sub-continent is developed? It is developing but is still considered 3rd world by all standards. Try again. Also, the only reason Africa is in conflict is because colonials merged different ethnicites and cultures together and created border issues.

@aahaan2016 Pakistan is also amalgam of 7-8 different ethnicites all of whom hate each other with passion. India, China and USA only three multi-ethnic countries present. These three countries are exceptions and not the rule. Also, Europe is part of collective West. They have collective history. Much of their history is traced back to Greeks and Romans.
