@thattubechannel Refusing to pay Zakaat would also result in the central authority sending an army to your village or town. This is corroborated by the couple of wars first caliph Abu Bakar launched against those who refused to pay Zakaat. Jizya is equivalent to Zakaat. Zakaat is 2.5% of annual income. Jizya ranged from 2% to 3% sometimes 3.5% depending on the ruler.

@thattubechannel And Jizya wasn't imposed by those who conquered Arabs, clown. It is a commandment in Quran itself. Zakaat must be imposed on Muslim subjects and Jizya must be imposed on non-Muslims. If you are getting this information wrong, either mistakenly or deliberately, what else are you getting wrong? You admit that nation states was a concept foreign to local populace in Middle East yet defend Brits and French for forcelly establishing nation states.
