@saud892 Maritime route is still way faster. Also, it will require loading/unloading on at least three/four different places instead of just two. This is just a hillarious counter to Belt and Road initiative (which quite frankly is stupid too) just like build back better.

@saud892 Also, one company has better chances of handling logistics of one route than two three companies on that same route. What you are presenting is impractical. Pakistan, Iran and Turkey have a railway based corridor of their own and it sucks (primarily because rail guage is different in all three countries so they have to do loading/unloading at six points and it wastes a lot of time and money.

Saudi Arabia claims to be a bastion of Islamic world, the claim challenged by Iran primarily. If KSA normalizes relationship with Israel without any concessions for Palestinians, this strengthens Iranian position in the Muslim world. Don't forget Turkey, Malaysia, Iran and Pakistan tried to launch another group parallel to paralyzed, good for nothing OIC but it failed because KSA threatened Pakistan with economic consequences and Pakistani leader at the time, Imran Khan, didn't join the meeting. Turkey, after being rejected multiple times by EU, did try to take the leadership of Islamic world but gave up in late 2021.

@artnull13 Israel did favor Palestinian Jihad in 80s and 90s to weaken PLO and to divide Palestinain resistance. The strategy is favorable to Israel because it gives them casus belli to bomb Palestinians indiscriminately because Muslims bad and it also undermines united Palestinian front for their struggle for independence and self determination as was pointed put in this video. Israel won't do that because then they will be minority in the ethno-state they are willing to commit a genocide to maintain. As much as two state solution is a horrible aspect for Israel, one state solution is 100x worse.
