Unfortunately the software controlling steelseries stuff is absolutely horrendous, you cant even do simple off and on flashes everything has to be faded gradually, corsair are the kings of rgb, i have the msi gs66 11ue laptop with a steelseries rgb keyboard built in, the keyboard itself isnt bad but the software damn its bloody awful compared to corsairs, also i must say im not a fan of all these keyboards with exposed keys at the bottom
