There is a difference between fear-mongering and observing, the former is for the purpose of gaining views, the same like politicians who hijack these fears so he could save them while creating more fear and control as a result, the latter is for the purpose of keeping people aware, to bring in more love and freedom despire these fears, the same is true for polticians who give power to the individual despire the fears and dangers of what could happen. There is a clear distinction between the two, learn to discern and you will see it.
