It's that heart that needs to change one day, maybe not in your generation, but it will, it's part of the conditioning teaching people of what is man or woman, only in the recent decades science has been at least recognizing difference of gender and sex, which before most people didn't even know, but even despite that people still believe man or woman is something external and not our psyche... which based on brain scans of trans people is increasingly proving it is the source where it comes from. Many men and women can also be born with some missing parts, various combinations of undefining chromosomes (which even in scientific communities there's been debates based on tests and experiments that they don't prove our sex alone either, but other factors too), but what ultimately remains and defines someone's sense of who they are starts in the brain regulating the whole body. As an organ itself it stands on top of the body for a reason as a symbolism.

@legendofJupp Many trans persons don't change sex so they could be acting in stereotypical ways of the sex they transformed into, they could be completely isolated from any social environment and still suffer the disembodied sensation of self alienation and need to change the sex for the reasons of more liberated self expression, which have a lot to do with chemical and physiological side of the human body, especially hormones, to align the brain with the developed body. However you have a good point, and it's good to be aware of these stereotypes and how that can become a trap and misguided reason for any sex change whatsoever. If
