Fruit based diet is the easiest and healthiest for me. One does not need any greens, all is in fruits if the intestines are clean and healthy enough to absorb a lot from very little. All these extreme diets have very little coverage from science or media, for example as a fruitarian I should be dead already or very ill as I have barely any B12, yet from research we know that frutarians do not need as much B12 or their standard line for nutrients is lower than for most population, in other words the general blood work standard from doctors has not been set up for such a diet. It's the same for Canivores in different areas, like no need for as much vitamin C.
