  1. If it ended with just stealing the vehicle and robbing someone, it's still a felony, but some of these cases end up being capital murder. I'm glad no one was killed this time. That said, throw the book at this thug, put him in jail and melt down the key to his cell before throwing it away. This ain't his first rodeo.

  2. Well, the case is still an open one, but it is so very encouraging to hear a prosecutor in a Blue state finally say, "not this time". The only way he could have made it better was to follow it with, "and never again." Perhaps Mr. Henry has figured something out about how light sentences and easy bail equals a skyrocketing crime rate? I wish him and the people of the State of Illinois all the best. (Who knows? Maybe this will catch on...)

  3. This has been a long time coming. Let Justice be done, and let the will of the people prevail. They're going to have a hard time finding twelve sleazebags of equal magnitude to comprise a jury of Her Honor's peers.
