  2. After this attack on the dam Russia will respond my fear is that they will target the dam north of Kiev destroying it would wash kiev away over night and take down several bridges thay cross the river

  3. Ukraine blew the dam so it will wash away Russian fortifications down stream there's no reason why Russian would blow the dam
