If Russia was losing they wouldn't be expanding their goals as Donbas falls to Russia they would be trying to find a way to save face as they just take what they got and declare "victory"

HIMARS havent done much of anything besides blow up empty buildings 10 civilian buildings to 1 Russian arms depot its like the US war in afghanistan all over again 10 weddings for every terrorist 🙄
