Because ukranian is already losing a "counter offensive" would basically be like them doing a Bonzai charge pointless and destructive. Their best hope is to drag this war out for years and be able to get some type of better deal at the peace talks

@killacam876 Russia really isn't getting harmed by ukranian artillery to any real extent in one small battle on the line the Russians fire 60k spells in one day Ukraine could only fire back with 10k along the entire front Ukraine doesn't have the artillery for this war

@lightningleaf23 not really public opinion is cooling on Ukraine the people in power don't want us to lose yet another war so there's a power struggle one side wants to support Ukraine to the last dollar we have even get involved if we have to and the othe side wants to focus on our own problems
